  • How long will it take for my order to get to me?
    • In an effort to keep shipping free for all of our customers, most orders take around 3 weeks to reach your doorstep. Tracking info will be provided upon shipment of order. If for some reason it has been longer than 3 weeks please email via the Contact Us page.

 

  • What if I want to cancel my order?
    • An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. If a change needs to be made to you order let us know as soon as possible.

 

  • What is your return policy?
    • We only issue refunds in the event that the item you ordered is no longer available or you never received your order. If you happen to receive the wrong item or the item is damaged we will gladly work to exchange the item for a proper one. Items must not be used and should be in original packaging. Exchanges only valid for 30 days after having received your order! Please email us for exchange authorization.
